Allow me to help you sell your home by providing high quality photos for MLS and other marketing.  I have invested in camera, lenses, and lighting specific to real estate photography. In addition, I am skilled in the use of photo editing tools for post processing to insure the images will please your  clients.  When  required, I use remotely fired flash lighting to insure rooms are well lit. When a room or outside shot of the home will benefit from High Dynamic Range (HDR) processing, I have the tools and experience.    You can see some of the images I have captured over this last year below and a more extensive set in this slide show.

Your Session

I currently offer two session rates.  For $150 +tax, I will capture 20 images without the use of special lighting and provide them to you with minimal post processing.   For $200, I can take the time to capture a greater number of images for you to choose from using added lighting as required and post processing tools that will result in the highest quality images. For homes outside of Williamson county, add $50.
